“Some of our water heater's heating elements burned out and we had no hot water for a few days. We reached out to another company but they were going to be an entire week's wait, so I contacted Southeastern Cooling based on a friend's recommendation (from amazing HVAC work!) I called around 10am and Jason was at our home by 2pm to replace the elements and make sure we had hot water! With little kids in sports and being an active family, hot water was essential, so I am so grateful for the efficient, friendly, and customer-focused service from Southeastern Cooling.
