“Southeast cooling for the win. DQ showed up at my residence this evening. Very professional and polite, respectful young man. He immediately got to work, and stayed until the job was done. Which in this case was after 10 pm. DQ called in some assistance and Brandon showed up and after hours of keeping at it, going through everything step by step, it turned out to be a gas pressure issue. My house was in the 60s last night because the furnace kept turning off due to overheating without pushing the heat through the vents. Tonight the house is cooking! Can’t them enough for their great attitude and a warm house! So happy I purchased their service plan! Please thank them for us.”

“Jason and his workers did such an efficient job installing our new electric fireplace. They installed it within 2 hours on the morning of the big snow day. They were conscious of the surroundings in our den and cleaned up after their work. “Called Southeastern Cooling because my unit had a message saying needed to be checked. I called Southeastern Cooling asap and the office lady was so professional and kind. She said I'll have someone come right out and they did. When Jay and Jake arrived they went right to work as Jay checked all inside smart devices, Jake started outside. Needless to say everything was fine. “We started having issues with our fireplace last year and needed to have it checked out for this season. We kept putting it off until the weather turned really cold and then we started looking for help… We looked online for companies that handled gas logs and saw Southeastern's ad. We called and talked with Nancy, who was pleasant and helpful, and she said she would have someone give us a call. The temps had been very cold in the previous week so we knew it was probably going to take some time to get on the schedule and have someone come and check our fireplace logs out. Surprisingly, Jason called us and worked us into a visit the next afternoon. The problem with our fireplace logs looked like it might take some time to get taken care so we decided to purchase a new set. The following afternoon Jason returned with the new logs and remote and in short time had everything in working order. The next few days were very cold and we burned the fireplace pretty steady. We are enjoying it very much and we really appreciate Jason taking care of our problem in a very timely manner! We definitely would recommend Southeastern Cooling for your fireplace needs as well as heating and cooling.”
