I can't remember when I was greeted but such a friendly and professional person taking calls and was impressed right from the start. I got an appointment right away and couldn't believe how quickly they could come out. Much to my surprise they phoned and asked if they could come early. Not long Chris and James were at the back door and they came inside and I explained what I needed, they listened and went right to work. They were very friendly and very professional and appeared very well trained, and the way they went over the jobs they performed with the customer was impressive, I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call Southeastern Cooling in the future.”
